Mondays are hard, but we persevere. We began the day trying our hand at Big Booty, an exercise that develops our sense of rhythm, beat, awareness, readiness and focus - it's amazing how the most seemingly simple tasks require the most profound concentration! Then we took turns with Kelsey working our vocal parts (alto vs. soprano, tenor v. bass, etc.), while Brian walked us through very relaxing posture & breath technique. The afternoon was spent choreographing Oh The Thinks You Can Think.
Other miscellaneous fun facts from the day: We met two new campers who missed the first week (Kristi & Mitch), Bye, Bye Birdie contains very annoying music and a ghost moves very similar to a bird.
